We support financial planners that are part of the following networks:

At JG Paraplanning, we believe in a straightforward and transparent approach to pricing. We understand that trust is the foundation of any successful business relationship, and that's why we are committed to providing clarity and fairness in our billing. We offer a simple per-hour contract, meaning no retainer or minimum commitment. You simply pay for the time used. Our per-hour approach ensures that our customers remain with us because they value the work that we do, not because they are tied to us. That said, every practice is different, and if you would like to work on a retainer-basis, we are happy to, so long as that is aligned with your business needs and budget.

Who do we work with?
We work with regulated financial advice firms of all shapes and sizes on an ongoing basis. Some are solo advisers who prefer not to hire members of staff, while others are larger companies seeking assistance with particular processes.

Do you offer in-person support?
Since we operate remotely, we can collaborate with firms located across the UK. Our team work out of offices in Manchester and would love to meet you face-to-face. We're happy to arrange an on-site visit to your premises where possible, and we have found that both our team and our clients have valued meeting in person. It's always nice to put a face to a name without the need for a computer monitor or a laptop screen.

How do we share our client data with you?
You have the flexibility to choose how we access your client data, but we can offer suggestions. Options include utilising platforms like OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, or your chosen CRM. We recommend approaching this decision as you would for any remote-working employee within your company.

Are you open to working with us temporarily?
While the majority of our clients require ongoing support, we can also lend a hand with specific projects or if you need help to cover long-term leave or a sudden influx of casework.

Do you charge VAT?
We currently do not charge VAT, but this may change in the future. We'll notify all our clients and update our website if this becomes the case.

What happens if compliance identifies amendments?
Whilst this is a rare occurrence, please note there will be no charge for any remedial action identified by compliance and corrected by us.

How do we pay you?
Payments can be made by bank transfer (EFT). We run invoicing cycles every 2 weeks and our invoices typically operate on 14-day payment terms. Please let us know if you require different payment terms.
